My question is what is chakra? I looked it up in the dictionary and it gave some generic discription. I am desperate to change my life. I'm "disabled" (not a good word, it feels too perminate and it WILL NOT be!) I want to learn (slowly) yoga, and anything that will help me on my journey to get better! Can you help? I sure hope so! I tried to read the blogs but do you remember "The Peanuts" with Charlie Brown? Remember his teacher that only said "wa, wa ,wa, wa?" Well that's what it sounded like what I read.
