		<description>Hmm, if you learned the position from a Vinayoga teacher, then might I suggest you ask them about the clicking sensation which results from the posture.  They are best suited to discuss.

I can say that from time to time I&#039;ll note some clicking in certain poses.  I suspect it is just the joints, etc. realigning through the posture.  If there would be pain associated with the clicks I would modify my posture or stop performing it.</description>
