Yoga Chicago
In honor of my yoga teacher training, in Chicago, I thought it would be of value to cite some resources for yoga classes in Chicago.
Now I am somewhat biased, in that my favorite place for kundalini yoga school in Chicago, is Spirit Rising Yoga. So I asked one of my instructors, Shiva Singh, which yoga studios in Chicago he felt were good to recommend to others.

Hello,
Just wanted to check your location. I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2001, but in 2004, moved to a small town that does not have class, so I’ve been practicing on my own. My husband and I are going to live in Chicago this summer and I want to practice WITH people. Thanks for any information.
